First time here today, after talking about stopping by for so long. I regret not coming sooner! I got the grilled cheese tortilla, my fiance got the Cuban with tempeh, and we shared a plate of chips and hummus. Everything was absolutely incredible. So thrilled that there's a spot in Creston with fantastic vegetarian and vegan options. Can't wait to come back to try more of their menu offerings!

What a great little hidden gem, the Green Goddess juice I had tasted so fresh and flavorful, the Mediterranean platter was perfect for 1 person, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s great to see so many different ages enjoying the space.

Gaia House Cafe was very nice. The decor is slightly bohemian and very cozy with mismatched chairs and tables. We went on a Tuesday at lunch and got the Gaia Tempeh Ruben and the Banh Mi sandwiches. The coffee was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and the food arrived in good time. The price seemed a little steep for sandwiches but when you get homemade pickles and kraut it makes up for it. I couldn't tell where a good place to park would be, so we parked in the Irish pub reserved area with a risk of towing. Some things to consider: add a bit more spread on the Banh Mi as it was a little dry; add a few completely vegan options to the menu as many of the entrees are so close but then have cheese; swap out those potato chips for a cup of soup. We'll be back! Keep those homemade fermentations coming!

One of the most unique cafes in town! The space is so cool, especially the lounge area, and the staff are great. The stuffed tortilla is my most recent obsession. Excited to go back!

The mango pineapple was the best drink. The veggie stash with red skinned potatoes was well seasoned and delicious. The Jim White didn't seem to have enough salt and I couldn't figure out if it was the salsa or black beans that were the spiciest.

I’ve been a vegetarian 4 years and have had this place on my list to try for a while now and it didn’t disappoint! I decided to stop by for lunch last Thursday and the woman working (didn’t get her name) was very friendly and super attentive. The food was delicious and very fresh! Reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back, there were quite a few things on the menu I wanted to try and it’s so nice to have a restaurant that has an all vegetarian/vegan menu vs just one or two options like most of the restaurants around GR.

The Reuben will make you reconsider your position on the viability of sandwiches for breakfast. The omelette plays solidly alongside it. The “pour your own coffee” approach is a weird one but you get over that quickly. The servers were polite and helpful.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast today at Gaia. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Our party of six was seated immediate on a Saturday morning. Unpretentious, casual, warm interior. Small menu, but nice to have so many vegetarian and vegan options. Good to have the opportunity to try something different, outside the normal brunch fare. I stuck with what I normally like - eggs & potatoes plus tried a fruit cup. It was a filling portion and cooked well. The potatoes were well seasoned and crispy. I also enjoyed the sourdough bread that came with my meal. The fruit was fresh and seasonal. Coffee was self-service and offered three options, with creamer available at request. I tried the Swiss chocolate brew and liked it a lot. My friend’s specialty French toasted looked amazing. It has tender sweet sauteed apples, cherry sauce, and almonds. Everyone had to try an apple slice - they were really good! Worth your time and taste buds! Thanks for a good experience!
